Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote areas where delivery may be restricted.

International Shipping

For our global customers:

  • All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient
  • We cannot predict what these fees might be as they vary by country

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our outdoor apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your Regatta Store purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s our simple process:

Our Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (including Men’s Swimwear) unless the item is faulty. This is the only product category excluded from our standard return policy.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address: 4416 Pine Tree Lane, Washington, US 20036

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

  • Securely package the item(s) with all original tags and packaging
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • Ship to the provided address using a trackable method

Tip: We recommend insuring your return package as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email when:

  • Your refund has been processed (for returns)
  • Your exchange item is being prepared for shipment

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for changed mind returns. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
